Can I change or cancel my colgatedirect.com order?
Changed your mind? Made a mistake? That’s okay! You have 30 minutes to make changes or cancel an order. Once the order arrives you have 30 days where you can return the order free of charge for any reason.
To cancel an order, and it’s within the 30-minute window, you can access your Orders page any time simply by signing into your Colgate Direct profile or clicking on "My Orders" from the main menu. Once on the Orders page, select the order you want to cancel and click the “CANCEL ORDER” button. If you do not see the button, that means it’s been longer than 30 minutes since you placed the order and you are no longer able to cancel it.
If you’re not already signed in to your Colgate Direct profile, or if you purchased as a guest, you’ll need to enter your order number (from your Order Confirmation email) along with the email address you used to place the order.

How do I return my colgatedirect.com order?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund (less shipping and handling charges, if any). You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased directly from our online store in accordance with the terms below.

A return must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date. Contact Customer Service here to start the return process and request a return label.
You must return the Product to Colgate to receive a refund. The returned Product must be in good physical condition (not damaged) and in its original packaging. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
You must use the return label provided by Customer Service to return your Product.
We will refund the cost of the Product to your original payment method, less any shipping and handling charges that you paid.
